Chocolate Caramel Sundaes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 400F g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 30 g Butter; extra
  • 1 c Self-rising flour; sifted
  • 1 c Brown sugar
  • 150 g Nestle Cooking Chocolate; melted
  • 20 g Vegetable shortening; melted
  • 125 g Butter; melted
  • 1 c Coconut
  • 2 tb Golden syrup

Directions
  • Step #1 mix first four ingredients, mix well.
  • Step #2 Press into greased 18 cm x 28 cm lamington pan.
  • Step #3 Bake in (180C) oven 10 mins.
  • Step #4 mix Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter & golden syrup in a pan.
  • Step #5 Stir over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, stir constantly further 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Spread over base, bake further 10 mins, cool.
  • Step #7 mix Nestle Cooking Chocolate & shortening, spread over filling.
  • Step #8 put in the fridge until set.
