Ingredients
  • 8 Strawberries sliced
  • 3 Scoops vanilla icecream;
  • 2 Cherries; strawberries or candies for decoration
  • 1/2 c Chocolate cake crumbs;
  • 2 tb Chocolate sauce;
  • 1 Icecream wafer
  • 1 sm Bar plain chocolate

Directions
  • Step #1 Use an oval (single serving) shallow dish for this icecream for best effect.
  • Step #2 Spread the cake crumbs at the bottom of the plate.
  • Step #3 Cut the wafer into 2 triangles.
  • Step #4 Scrape chocolate with a vegetable peeler to get curls.
  • Step #5 Place the three scoops in a line at the centre of plate.
  • Step #6 Pour chocolate sauce over the three scoops.
  • Step #7 Place cherries on top of outer scoops.
  • Step #8 Poke wafer triangles in centre scoop.
  • Step #9 Arrange strawberries all around the dish.
  • Step #10 Sprinkle top the curls all over the icecream.
