Chocolate Chip Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1/2 c Brown sugar
15 Or 16 oz. can of navy or northern beans; pureed.,
1 c White sugar
2 1/4 c Flour
2 c Chocolate chips; or 1 c of mini-chocolate chips
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla

Directions

Step #1 mix bean puree, eggs & sugars.
Step #2 Add flour, salt & baking soda.
Step #3 stir in the vanilla & chocolate chips.
Step #4 Drop by heaping tsps onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
Step #5 bake this at 350? for 8 to 10 mins.
Step #6 Cookies will not brown very much.
Step #7 I have also used beans in my raisin cookie recipe.
