Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pk Semisweet chocolate chips -;
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tb Light cream
  • 1/2 c Light brown sugar
  • 1/4 ts Baking soda
  • 2 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 ts Vanilla extract
  • 1 c Granulated sugar
  • 2 Sticks Butter; softened

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 In a bowl sift the flour & baking soda.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream butter with sugars until fluffy; add vanilla & mix well.
  • Step #4 Beat in egg & cream.
  • Step #5 On low speed slowly add flour mixture in 3 batches, heating until mixd well.
  • Step #6 stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Step #7 Drop by heaping tbspfuls onto greased cookie sheets; flatten cookies slightly with back of a fork.
  • Step #8 Bake 12 to 13 mins or until the edges are golden, (cookies will still feel soft).
  • Step #9 Cool for 2 mins on cookie sheets, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  • Step #10 This recipe yields about 2 dozen cookies.
