Chocolate Farfel Roll Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Margarine
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1/4 c Kahlua
  • 8 ea Eggs
  • 1 lb Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 tb Powdered espresso (not granu
  • 1 x SHONDELL SPIEGEL

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt margarine, espresso, Kahlua & sugar in double boiler or microwave.
  • Step #2 Add chocolate & stir until melted.
  • Step #3 Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Step #4 pour this into 8" cake pan that has been prepared with a piece of waxed paper cut to fit into the bottom.
  • Step #5 Grease sides & wax papered bottom.
  • Step #6 place this in baking pan & pour hot water halfway up the sides of the cake pan.
  • Step #7 bake this at 350 for 35 mind.
  • Step #8 Chill minimum of 8 hrs, or overnight.
  • Step #9 Unmold on platter.
