Chocolate Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Angel-food Cake; sliced
  • 6 oz Grand Marnier
  • 1 lb Milk chocolate
  • 1/2 pt Strawberries
  • 1 lb Dark chocolate
  • 2 Bananas; sliced
  • 3/4 c Heavy cream
  • === GARNISHES FOR CHOCOLATE FONDUE ===
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1 Dozen Coconut macaroons
  • 1 lb White chocolate
  • 1 lb-cake; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop each of the chocolates into small pieces, separately.
  • Step #2 Place each type of chocolate in its own fondue pot.
  • Step #3 Turn the pot setting to medium or 5.
  • Step #4 In a sauce pan, heat the cream & Grand Marnier.
  • Step #5 When the cream comes to a simmer, remove this from the heat & pour 1/3 over each type of chocolate.
  • Step #6 Whisk each pot until smooth.
  • Step #7 Serve the fondue with the garnishes.
