Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 16 sl White bread or egg bread
  • 8 oz Chocolate bar
  • 4 tb Milk
  • 1/4 ts Salt.
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 In a shallow pie plate, milk, whisk together the eggs, vanilla and salt.
  • Step #2 Place a 2 oz piece of chocolate in between two slices of bread.
  • Step #3 With a 4 inch cookie cutter, trim bread & pinch ends together.
  • Step #4 Soak bread in egg mixture until thoroughly saturated but not falling apart.
  • Step #5 In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter.
  • Step #6 Brown on both sides and chocolate melts.
  • Step #7 Yield: 4 servings.
