Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c Granulated sugar
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Margarine; melted
  • 3/4 c Walnuts; sliced
  • 7 oz Marshmallow cream
  • 12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips; melted see note
  • 5 oz Evaporated skim milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Line a 9" square pan with foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.
  • Step #2 In a saucepan, margarine, mix sugar, & milk.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Boil 5 mins, stirring constantly.
  • Step #5 remove this from heat.
  • Step #6 Add marshmallow cream & chocolate chips; mix until smooth.
  • Step #7 stir in the walnuts & vanilla.
  • Step #8 pour this into prepared pan.
  • Step #9 Cool to about room temp.
  • Step #10 Score into squares.
