Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Margarine; melted
3/4 c Walnuts; sliced
7 oz Marshmallow cream
12 oz Semisweet chocolate chips; melted see note
5 oz Evaporated skim milk

Directions

Step #1 Line a 9" square pan with foil extends over sides of pan; butter foil.
Step #2 In a saucepan, margarine, mix sugar, & milk.
Step #3 Bring to a boil over med-heat/flame, stirring constantly.
Step #4 Boil 5 mins, stirring constantly.
Step #5 remove this from heat.
Step #6 Add marshmallow cream & chocolate chips; mix until smooth.
Step #7 stir in the walnuts & vanilla.
Step #8 pour this into prepared pan.
Step #9 Cool to about room temp.
Step #10 Score into squares.
