Chocolate Ganache Recipe

Ingredients
  • 40 g Cocoa powder; sifted
  • Few drops vanilla essence.
  • 100 ml Single cream;
  • 100 g Caster sugar;
  • 50 g St Ivel Mono;
  • 175 g Golden syrup;

Directions
  • Step #1 Put St Ivel Mono, syrup, sugar & coca powder onto a sauce pan and heat carefully until melted & well mixed, stirring continuously.
  • Step #2 Bring carefully to the boil & let simmer for 5 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 remove this from heat.
  • Step #4 stir in the cream & vanilla essence.
  • Step #5 Reheat very carefully, mixing well, but do not allow mixture to boil.
  • Step #6 Serve hot or cold with baked or steamed puddings, fruit desserts or low fat ice cream.
