Ingredients
  • 1 tb Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 c Heavy cream
  • 8 oz Bittersweet chocolate; finely sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a small saucepan heat cream to a simmer.
  • Step #2 In a bowl pour simmering cream over sliced chocolate.
  • Step #3 Add butter & stir until smooth.
  • Step #4 This recipe yields about 1 c of chocolate sauce.
