Ingredients
  • 22 ea Squares semisweet chocolate,
  • 3 tb Unsalted butter
  • Coarsely sliced
  • 1 1/2 c Whipping cream

Directions
  • Step #1 mix whipping cream & butter in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often.
  • Step #2 Place chocolate in a large bowl; pour whipping cream mixture over chocolate, & let this stand 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Stir until smooth.
