Ingredients
  • 8 oz Semisweet chocolate; sliced into bits
  • 1 c Heavy cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt the chocolate with the cream in a heavy saucepan, & cook over very low heat until the mixture is smooth & glossy.
  • Step #2 Transfer mixture to a bowl, & put in the fridge until cooled but not too firm, 30 to 45 mins.
  • Step #3 Using a handheld mixer, beat on high speed until thick & creamy.
  • Step #4 Makes 1 2/3 c.
