Chocolate Kisses Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Milk
  • 6 To 8 drops red food col 36 Hershey's Kisses Milk chocolates
  • 1 c cold whipping cream
  • 2 ts Kirsch or 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 1/2 c Miniature or 15 regular marshmallows
  • extra Hershey's Kisses Milk chocolate

Directions
  • Step #1 In small saucepan, mix marshmallows & milk.
  • Step #2 Cook over low heat/flame, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted & mixture is smooth.
  • Step #3 remove this from heat.
  • Step #4 Into medium bowl, pour 1/3 c marshmallow mixture; stir in the brandy & food color.
  • Step #5 Set aside.
  • Step #6 Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces.
  • Step #7 To remaining marshmallow mixture, add 36 chocolate pieces; return to low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
  • Step #8 remove this from heat; cool to room temperature.
  • Step #9 In small mixter bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff.
  • Step #10 Fold 1 c whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
  • Step #11 slowly fold remaining whipped cream into reserved mixture.
  • Step #12 Fill 4 parfait glasses about three-fourths full with chocolate mixture; spoon or pipe remaining mixture on top.
  • Step #13 put in the fridge 3 to 4 hrs or until set.
  • Step #14 Garnish with extra chocolate pieces, if desired.
  • Step #15 Yield: 4 servings.
