Step #11 (Center will be slightly set, but not firm.
Step #12 ) Cool slightly, then put in the fridge at least 4 hrs or until set.
Step #13 For Topping: (optional) In a 1 3/4 quart casserole cook remaining 1 oz.
Step #14 chocolate & shortening, uncovered, on HIGH for 2-3 mins or until melted; stir until smooth.
Step #15 Drizzle chocolate mixture on top of cheesecake.
