Chocolate Sheet Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Brandy
  • 25 g Icing sugar;
  • 5 tb Single cream
  • 300F ml Double cream;
  • 2 tb Fine ground espresso coffee
  • 250 g Mascarpone cheese;
  • 75 g Deluxe Belgium plain gluten free; chocolate grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat the mascarpone cheese in a bowl with the brandy, espresso coffee & icing sugar.
  • Step #2 Reserving 1 tbsp of grated chocolate, stir in the the remainder, with the single cream.
  • Step #3 Whip the double cream until just peaking & fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Step #4 Turn the mixture into a freezable container & freeze for 2-3 hrs.
  • Step #5 Serve scooped into c.
  • Step #6 Drizzle with brandy if liked & decorate with lightly whipped cream & Sprinkle top with chocolate.
