Chocolate Tipped Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 40 g Caster sugar
  • 200 g Bitter chocolate in pieces
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 2 Whole eggs
  • 8 Inch pastry case
  • 150 g Butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Put the egg yolks, whole eggs & sugar in a bowl & beat until thick, creamy & light.
  • Step #2 Melt the butter & chocolate together over a pan of simmering water.
  • Step #3 When melted & smooth pour onto the egg mixture & beat together until well mixed.
  • Step #4 pour this into the pastry case & cook for 10 mins in a hot oven.
  • Step #5 Remove & cool before serving.
  • Step #6 serve this with thick cream.
