Chocolate-covered Coconut Candy Recipe

Ingredients
  • Water
  • 2/3 c Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 pk Jell-O Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Fudge; Pudding Mix
  • 1 ts Brandy extract
  • 3/4 c Yoplait Plain Fat Free Yogurt
  • 2 c Tart red cherries; packed in water, drained & liquid reserved
  • 3/4 c Cool Whip Lite

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, mix dry pudding mix & dry milk powder.
  • Step #2 Add enough water to reserved cherry liquid to make 1 c liquid.
  • Step #3 Add liquid to dry pudding mixture.
  • Step #4 Mix well using a wire whisk.
  • Step #5 mix in Cool Whip Lite, yogurt & brandy extract.
  • Step #6 Add cherries.
  • Step #7 Mix carefully to mix.
  • Step #8 Evenly spoon mixture into 6 dessert dishes.
  • Step #9 put in the fridge at least 15 mins.
  • Step #10 Serves 6.
