Ingredients
  • 3 Fresh tomatoes; sliced
  • 1 sm Onion; sliced
  • 3 tb Olive oil
  • 2 Ears corn; cut off the ear
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 1 Sweet bell pepper; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Suate onion & garlic until onion is soft.
  • Step #2 Add all other ingredients & cook on medium heat for 5 to 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #4 If you want to serve veggies with pork chops or other meat, simply cook the meat to your taste until is is done safely.
