Chorizo And Feta Beetroot Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 75 g Pork fat; minced
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Marjoram
  • 1/2 ts Ground black pepper
  • 2 Cloves garlic; crushed
  • 1 tb Paprika
  • 2 ts Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tb Malt vinegar
  • 225 g Pork; minced coarsely
  • A pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1 ts Coriander seeds; crushed
  • A pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 ts Powdered cinnamon
  • 1/2 ts Oregano

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
  • Step #2 place this in a refrigerator in a non-metallic bowl & marinate overnight.
  • Step #3 Keep it uncovered in the fridge & stir daily.
  • Step #4 To cook, stir the desired amount into a little hot oil & fry for 5-7 mins until crisp & crumbled.
  • Step #5 Use as a garnish for antojitos (light meals) or as a flavouring for other foods.
