Directions

Step #1 Directions: Run two licorice strings on a table, 2" apart.
Step #2 Place the orange sticks across the licorice strings, 3" apart.
Step #3 For the engine, place 4 Oreo cookies together with the white icing for the engine's hood & set aside.
Step #4 To make the cab, place 3 sandwich waffle cookies together, one on top of another.
Step #5 Turn them so they are standing vertically.
Step #6 Place 2 oblong shaped cookies onto the sides of the waffle cookie stack.
Step #7 The chassis is 1 waffle cookie laying flat.
Step #8 Place the Oreo hood on top of the chassis & place the cab behind the hood.
Step #9 Cut a waffle cookie in half & set it under the car to prop it up while you attach 4 Oreo wheels.
Step #10 Attach a Lifesaver candy onto the center of each Oreo.
Step #11 Remove the half cookie when the icing on the wheels is dry.
Step #12 For the smokestack on the engine, place 4 Lifesavers together & place them onto the engine's hood.
Step #13 For smoke, push 3 cotton balls onto a 5" wire & lightly spray with gray or black spray paint.
Step #14 Put a small amount of frosting into the Lifesaver smokestack & push the wire down into the Lifesavers.
Step #15 Pipe frosting onto the middle section & around the Oreo wheels.
Step #16 Pipe a window onto the sides of the oblong cookies.
Step #17 Decorate the top of each car with small candies of choice.
