Christmas Pudding Ice-cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 125 ml Cold water
  • Deep fryer with oil
  • 125 ml Beer
  • 125 ml Milk
  • Plain flour
  • 250 g Self raising flour
  • Left over Christmas pudding

Directions
  • Step #1 mix the first four ingredients to make a batter.
  • Step #2 Set aside for 20 mins.
  • Step #3 Heat the deep fryer to 180C.
  • Step #4 Cut the pudding into cubes or fingers, roll through the flour and then dip in the batter.
  • Step #5 deep fry until golden.
  • Step #6 Drain on kitchen towel & serve.
