Ingredients
  • Icing sugar
  • 1 ts Vinegar
  • Strawberries
  • Browned flaked almonds
  • 3 Egg whites
  • Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Sugar
  • 8 oz Hazelnuts
  • 1 ts Cornflour
  • 1/2 pt Whipping cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Pre heat the oven to 130C.
  • Step #2 Whisk egg whites & add 6oz sugar & beat until stiff & silky.
  • Step #3 Mix in cornflour & vinegar, fold in cinnamon & ground hazelnuts, pile onto a baking sheet.
  • Step #4 Bake for 75-90 mins.
  • Step #5 Leave to cool.
  • Step #6 Whisk the cream & sugar together until stiff.
  • Step #7 Add cream to the top of the pavlova, place strawberries & almonds on top of cream & serve.
