Classic Fresh Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ts Yeast
  • 1 tb Cornmeal; Optional
  • 1 Egg White; Beaten
  • 1 1/4 c Water
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 tb Water
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 3 1/2 c White Flour; Note 1
  • 2 ts Sugar

Directions

  • Step #3 , use Bread Flour; in Canada, use either Bread Flour or All Purpose Flour.
