Coconut Pineapple Creme Caramel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz Sour cream;
  • 4 tb Butter or margarine
  • 1 3/4 c Coconut pecan frosting mix
  • 1 pk Yellow cake mix
  • 4 Eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Grease & flour Jumbo Bundt pan.
  • Step #2 If desired, place whole pecans in flutes of bottom of the pan.
  • Step #3 mix eggs & sour cream; beat well.
  • Step #4 Add cake mix.
  • Step #5 Melt butter & add to frosting mix.
  • Step #6 Spread 1/2 of cake batter in mold.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top 1/3 of frosting mixture over batter.
  • Step #8 Continue alternating layers.
  • Step #9 Bake 30 min.
  • Step #10 at 350 degrees or until done.
  • Step #11 Cool 10 min.
  • Step #12 in pan before removing.
  • Step #13 Sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar.
