Ingredients
  • 2 ts Drained horseradish
  • Salt & fresh black pepper
  • 1/4 ts Dry mustard
  • 1/4 ts Celery seed
  • 5 c Shredded cabbage
  • 1 tb Brown mustard
  • 1 1/2 ts Sugar
  • 1/4 c Sour cream
  • 4 ts Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 4 ts Cider vinegar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients except cabbage; Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Add cabbage & toss to mix.
  • Step #3 Chill, covered, for at least 6 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #4 Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
