Ingredients
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 28 oz Canned tomatoes, with juice, mashed
  • 1 tb Olive oil
  • 1/4 c Sliced black olives
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 1 c Grated medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm Green pepper, sliced
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 2 c sliced onion
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 8 oz Wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
  • 12 oz Canned kernel corn, drained

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat olive oil in large saucepan.
  • Step #2 Add ground beef, onion & green pepper.
  • Step #3 Scramble-fry until onion is soft & beef is no longer pink.
  • Step #4 Add next 8 ingredients to beef mixture.
  • Step #5 Mix.
  • Step #6 Cover.
  • Step #7 Simmer carefully for about 8 mins until pasta is tender but firm.
  • Step #8 Stir every once in awhile.
  • Step #9 stir in the cheese & serve.
  • Step #10 Makes 8 c.
