Country Brunch With Pork Chitterlings Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c Skim milk
  • 1/2 ts Dry mustard
  • 3 c Stuffing or bread cubes
  • 2 tb Water
  • 1/2 ts Onion salt
  • 1/3 lb Canadian bacon; cut into bit sized pieces
  • 1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Large onion; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Microwave onion & water on high 2 mins, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Place stuffing cubes in bottom of 10 x 6 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Cover with onion, Canadian Bacon & cheese.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk & Spice upings; pour over stuffing mixture.
  • Step #9 5.
  • Step #10 Cover & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #11 6.
  • Step #12 Bake uncovered, at 325F degrees F for 1 hr.
  • Step #13 7.
  • Step #14 Allow 10 mins to stand & set before serving.
  • Step #15 Yields 6 - 8 servings.
