Country Ham And Red-eye Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
  • Snipped fresh parsley
  • 2 tb Butter or margarine; up to 3
  • 2 lb Fully cooked sliced ham;
  • 1 1/2 lb Potatoes; peeled, quartered & cooked

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large heavy skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Brown ham on both sides.
  • Step #3 Move ham to one side of the skillet; brown potatoes in the drippings.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top potatoes with parsley.
  • Step #5 Yield: 6 servings.
