Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced red potato
  • 1 c Sliced carrot; 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 c Sliced celery
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Caraway seeds
  • 4 c Fresh vegetable broth; or 29 oz vegetable broth
  • 1 c Drained canned chickpeas garbanzo beans
  • 1 c sliced onion
  • 2 c sliced green cabbage
  • 2 ts sliced fresh or --1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 2 tb Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 c Water
  • 2 ts Olive oil

Directions
