Crab Salad With Yogurt Mustard Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe mango
  • 7 oz Fresh crab meat
  • 1 Lemon; juiced
  • Salt; to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • 2 oz Olive oil
  • 1 Sprig mint; leaves only, cut fine julienne
  • 4 Pink radishes; sliced
  • 1 pt Mesclun

Directions
  • Step #1 Clean the crab meat to remove all the remaining shells.
  • Step #2 Add the mango that you have cut into very small dice, radishes & the fresh mint.
  • Step #3 Mix the lemon juice with the olive oil to obtain the vinaigrette and Spice up it to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Mix some of it with the crab & keep the remaining vinaigrette to Spice up the mesclun.
  • Step #5 This recipe yields 2 servings.
