Ingredients
  • 1 Scallion; sliced fine
  • 2 tb Sour cream
  • 1 c Lump crab meat; picked over
  • 2 ts Dijon mustard
  • Toast points as an accompaniment
  • Fresh lemon juice to taste
  • 1 Celery rib; sliced fine
  • 1/4 c Plain yogurt
  • 1/8 ts Paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl whisk together yogurt, mustard, paprika, sour cream, lemon juice & salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #2 Add crab meat, scallion, and celery & toss salad carefully.
  • Step #3 Serve salad with toast points.
  • Step #4 Serves 2.
