Step #1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
Step #3 Heat the butter or margarine & oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish & add the chicken.
Step #4 Coat the chicken with the butter or margarine mixture & bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 mins or until breasts just cooked (the center should still be slightly pink).
Step #5 In a medium saucepan over med-heat/flame, tarragon, sherry, cream, Worcestershire sauce, cilantro, warm the soup, garlic powder & mushrooms.
Step #6 Pour sherry cream mixture over the baked chicken, return to oven uncovered & bake for an extra 15 to 20 mins.
