Step #1 In a small saucepan mix cranberries, port, orange juice & zest, sugar & cinnamon.
Step #2 Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmering and cook this until cranberries are tender, stirring every once in awhile.
Step #3 In a small c make a slurry with cornstarch & 1 tbsp water.
Step #4 Whisk cornstarch mixture into cranberry sauce & cook, whisking, until sauce thickens.
Step #5 Taste & add more sugar, if necessary.
Step #6 This recipe yields about 2 c of sauce.
