Cream Of Wild Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Egg substitute
  • 1/2 c All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c Cream of Wheat
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/4 c Margarine; melted
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa

Directions
  • Step #1 In large bowl, cocoa & flour; mix in egg product, mix sugar, cereal, margarine & vanilla.
  • Step #2 Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch baking pan.
  • Step #3 bake this at 325? for 25 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
  • Step #4 Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  • Step #5 Cut into 2-inch squares.
