Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 lb White fish fillets;

Directions
  • Step #1 ---SAUCE------ 2 tb Finely sliced cucumber 2 tb Finely sliced green pepper 2 tb Thinly sliced radishes 3 ct Natural yoghurt Salt & pepper Lemon Bayleaf Peppercorns Poach the fish in boiling salted water, flavoured with lemon ends, bayleaf & peppercorns, for 3 mins.
  • Step #2 Remove & drain.
  • Step #3 Cool.
  • Step #4 mix the vegetables for the dressing.
  • Step #5 stir in the yoghurt.
  • Step #6 Spice up and mix well.
  • Step #7 Pour the chilled dressing over the flaked fish.
  • Step #8 To garnish Sprinkle top with sliced parsley.
