Creamy Pasta Primavera Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 c sliced green onions
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 3/4 c milk
  • 2 c sliced cooked ham
  • 1/4 c sliced green bell pepper
  • 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 c butter, divided
  • 1/4 c sliced red bell peppers

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add pasta & cook for 8 to 10 mins or until al dente; drain.
  • Step #3 In a skillet, melt 1/4 c of the butter.
  • Step #4 Saute green onions, green peppers, red peppers & mushrooms.
  • Step #5 Add cream cheese & milk & stir over low heat/flame until cream cheese is melted.
  • Step #6 Stir in ham & parmesan cheese.
  • Step #7 Toss spaghetti with remaining butter.
  • Step #8 Combine with cream cheese mixture; toss lightly.
