Ingredients
  • 2 tb Minced chives
  • 2 tb sliced fresh dill
  • 1 tb sliced fresh basil
  • 2 ts Grated lemon zest
  • 1 tb White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ts Salt; or to taste
  • 1 tb Dijon mustard
  • 1 tb Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tb sliced fresh tarragon
  • 8 oz Silken tofu
  • 1/4 ts Pepper; or to taste

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all ingredients in food processor/blender; process until smooth and creamy.
