Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/8 ts Salt
  • 1/3 c Heavy cream
  • 6 c Whole green beans; ends trimmed
  • 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet, heat the heavy cream to boiling.
  • Step #2 Add the green beans; cook, until the liquid evaporates & the beans are tender-crisp & bright green, stirring, about 3 mins.
