3 c Water
3/4 c Instant polenta
1 tb Unsalted butter
Directions
Step #1 Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan & slowly add polenta, whisking constantly.
Step #2 Cook polenta over moderate heat, whisking constantly, 5 mins.
Step #3 remove this from heat & whisk in cheese, butter, & salt & pepper to taste.
Step #4 Serve as soon as possible.
Step #5 Makes 4 servings.
