Ingredients
  • 2 tb Freashly sliced basil
  • 75 g Mushrooms; sliced
  • 15 g Butter;
  • 250 g Cooked gammon; cut into strips
  • 2 Cloves garlic; crushed
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 250 g Pasta penne;
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 sm Onion; sliced
  • 1 200 millilit creme fraiche

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the onion, mushrooms & garlic & cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 stir in the the gammon, basil, creme fraiche, half the parmesan and Spice uping & heat through for approximately 4-5 mins.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Add the cooked, drained pasta to the pan & toss to mix.
  • Step #9 5.
  • Step #10 Transfer to a warmed serving dish & Sprinkle top it over the remaining parmesan.
  • Step #11 6.
  • Step #12 Garnish with the basil & serve as soon as possible with fresh crusty bread.
