Ingredients
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
  • 1/4 c Skim milk
  • 5 lg Potatoes; peeled & sliced
  • 1 tb Butter Buds? Sprinkle tops
  • 1/2 c Fat-free sour cream
  • 4 oz Fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/4 ts Spike Spice uping; optional
  • 2 tb Onion; sliced
  • 10 3/4 oz Reduced fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c Shredded lowfat sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 mins, until tender.
  • Step #2 Drain, rinse with cold water & drain.
  • Step #3 (May also use leftover baked or boiled potatoes.
  • Step #4 ) mix soup, sour cream, Butter Buds, 1/4 c of the cheese, cream cheese, onion, milk & Spice upings.
  • Step #5 stir in the the potatoes.
  • Step #6 Transfer to a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  • Step #7 Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 mins at 350?.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top with remaining cheese; let this stand covered 5 mins or until melted.
  • Step #9 PER SERVING: CALORIES 167 FAT 1.
