Creamy Rice Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Skim milk
  • 1 c Hot water
  • 1/4 ts Cinnamon
  • 3/4 c Canned pumpkin
  • 2 ts Frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 ts Low-sodium instant chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/8 ts Ginger
  • 3 tb Thinly sliced green onions

Directions

  • Step #2 Mix well.
  • Step #3 Cover.
  • Step #4 Microwave at high for 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 min.
  • Step #5 or until bubbly & onions are just tender-crisp, stirring once.
  • Step #6 stir in the milk.
  • Step #7 Microwave at high for 30 seconds to 1 min.
  • Step #8 longer or until hot.
