Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced onion
  • 1 c Cooked rolled oats
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 ts Dried thyme
  • 1 ts Olive oil
  • 3 c Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 ts Dried basil
  • 1/4 c Apple juice or white wine
  • 1 ts Minced garlic
  • 2 c sliced broccoli

Directions

  • Step #3 In large saucepan, juice or wine, mix oil, broccoli, onion and garlic.
