Step #1 MAKES 1 c LACTO One of my favorites, this versatile dressing is just as good drizzled over crisp greens as it is over warm vegetables.
Step #2 It also can be used as a dip for fresh vegetables.
Step #3 In food processor/blender or mixer, mix yogurt, mustard, garlic and onion & process until smooth.
Step #4 Add lemon juice & apple juice concentrate & process until mixed.
Step #5 (If too thick, add a little soy milk, a tsp at a rime until desired consistency.
