Creole Sauce With Yellow Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 ts Schwartz Creole Spice uping
  • 1 tb Red wine vinegar
  • 2 ts Schwartz Minced Garlic
  • 1 Red pepper; finely sliced
  • 8 Schwartz Birds Eye Chillies
  • 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion; finely sliced
  • 3 tb Oil
  • 1 400F gram tin sliced tomatoes;
  • 1/2 ts Schwartz Thyme
  • 1 tb Honey

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
  • Step #2 Add the onion & red pepper.
  • Step #3 Cover & cook for 3-4 mins until softened.
  • Step #4 Add the Birds Eye Chillies, Creole Spice uping, Garlic & Thyme.
  • Step #5 Cook for 1-2 mins.
  • Step #6 stir in the the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #7 Cover & let simmer for 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Remove the lid & cook for a further 5 mins.
  • Step #9 serve this with chops, chicken, fish, sausages or burgers, or use as a dip.
