• 1/4 c sliced green pepper
• 3/4 c Catsup
• Cooked rice; optional
• 24 oz Hillshire farm lit'l links; any variety
• 1/8 ts Chili powder
• 5 sl Bacon; sliced
• 1/2 c sliced onion

• Step #1 Cook bacon in saucepan.
• Step #2 Add onion & green pepper.
• Step #3 Remove saucepan from heat & slowly stir in the pineapple juice, catsup, & chili powder.
• Step #4 Score Lit'l Links & add to sauce.
• Step #5 Bring to a boil, reduce heat & let simmer for 10 mins.
• Step #6 Serve over rice.
