Step #3 For the frankfurt filling, slice the frankfurters into quarters then slice each quarter in half.
Step #4 For the spinach, defrost the spinach & squeeze out all the liquid.

Step #14 To seal the triangle, brush a little egg on the edges of the square then lift up one corner of pastry & fold over the filling, & putting it on top of the remaining pastry.

Step #16 With a fork, press all around the edges to seal.

Step #18 bake this at 220c.
