Ingredients
1 Garlic clove - minced
1 Onion - sliced thin
1 c Low-fat plain yogurt
12 oz Sirloin steak; cut into strips
1/4 c Parsley - sliced 2 c cooked fettucini
1 c White mushrooms - sliced
8 Shitake mushrooms - sliced
3 tb Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions
Step #1 ---SAUCE------ 1 c Evaporated skim milk 1 tb Cornstarch 1 pk Instant onion/mushroom soup -mix Directions: Sauce - Whisk together the milk & cornstarch over low heat until smooth.
Step #2 stir in the soup mix & bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Step #3 remove this from heat & set aside.
Step #4 In a large skillet heat the oil.
Step #5 Add the garlic & onion.
Step #6 Saut? lightly & add the beef.
Step #7 Cook over high heat for about 2 mins.
Step #8 Add the mushrooms & saut? until tender.
Step #9 Reduce the heat & stir in the the sauce, yogurt & parsley.
Step #10 Do not overheat, as the yogurt will curdle.
Step #11 Serve over noodles.
