• 1/2 c Jack cheese - shredded
• 2 Eggs - beaten
• 8 Zucchini flowers
• 1/2 c Flower
• 2 Italian sausage links - cooked and crumbled
• Olive oil
• Lemons for garnish
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tb Parmesan cheese
• 1 tb Fresh parsley

• Step #1 Directions: mix the sausage, cheese & parsley.
• Step #2 Stuff each flower & place this in the refrigerator until ready to use.
• Step #3 To serve, dredge each stuffed flower in flour then egg wash.
• Step #4 Heat olive oil in a pan & place breaded flowers in oil to brown on all sides.
• Step #5 Serve with squeezed lemon.
