Asian Flank Steak Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c Soy sauce
  • 1 tb Minced fresh ginger
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Flank steak; fat trimmed
  • 2 tb sliced fresh cilantro

Directions
  • Step #1 Whisk first 5 ingredients to mix in 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
  • Step #2 Add steak & turn to coat.
  • Step #3 let this stand 1 hr at about room temp or cover & put in the fridge overnight, turning every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or preheat broiler.
  • Step #5 Drain marinade into small saucepan & bring to boil.
  • Step #6 Grill or broil steak about 5 mins per side for rare.
  • Step #7 Transfer steak to platter; let stand 10 mins.
  • Step #8 Thinly slice steak across grain.
  • Step #9 Pass marinade as sauce.
  • Step #10 Serves 4.
